We SEE it in the collapsed values of our homes, in the high percentage of unemployment, the decreasing value of or currency, and in the expansion of government into our lives and economy. We FEEL the brokenness in the loss of hope for a prosperous future; we don’t feel happy, we don’t feel safe.

We cannot accept this. The Founders of America knew that this day would come. Their knowledge of human history told them that the few who have always sought to control the many would reappear in the nation they designed to be controlled by all The People.  Even in a nation of free markets, there is always some few who seek power and money not by producing goods and services, but rather by controlling the lives of ordinary People. Most Americans want to just control their own lives and to feel happy and safe doing it. The Ruling Elite confronted by the Founders were the Royalty of England, but for in other times and places they have been emperors, dictators, sheiks and czars. For us today in America, the Ruling Elites have reappeared in the form of political Parties.

If anyone wants to improve a relationship or situation, they must first be realistic about the situation they are in; so it is in a relationship of a People with their government. Ronald Reagan said “Government isn’t the solution to our problem, it IS the problem.” Reagan had it right, but we have missed the mark on dealing with it. We keep focusing on changing political personnel as the solution. Look, we can’t even make a boat go the direction we want by changing deck hands, much less the “Ship of State”.  Those at the helm decide the direction. And those at the helm of America are the political Parties. If we want to change the direction of America, we must understand this reality and make adjustments that will put the People at the helm. I also agree with Reagan that a revised Republican Party is the best way to need to the change we need. That is what the NPA must focus on now; there is no time to form a new Party to stop the Democrat Socialists for the 2012 elections. After the election, together we can serve as a base to do that if the Republicans fail us.

Consider that political Parties have slowly come to run America. They are not even mentioned in our Founding Documents, but they are in charge. Like any human organization, the Parties operate for their own benefit; that is why they seem to ignore us, and seem ignorant and without common sense. They are not. What they are doing is making decisions or directing based on what is good for them and their supporters, not for us. The Parties use our government as a tool for their own benefit. Like the King of England treated the colonies, our Ruling Elite are taking power, Rights, and wealth away from us and use them for themselves and their supporters. Today, we should be concerned that just as England believed fully that their control over America was “right”, our current Ruling Elite would destroy us all to control whatever is left.

No group of Elites and their supporters can be allowed to steal our Freedom, the fruit of our labor, or our Opportunity. The Founders told what to do when this day came. “It is their Right” they said in the Declaration, “it is their Duty, to throw off such government and provide new Guards for their future Security.” And they left us the tools to do this peacefully.

I have founded the NPA as a method of combing our common voices. The radio show I have developed “The TIM HORN Show” is a loudspeaker for our kind. The book “Ruling the Elite; Moving Power from The Parties to The People” details our current circumstances and offers specific achievable steps to consider for our recovery. Look, the greatness of America has always come from the mix of cultures and People that have come here for Freedom and opportunity. Today the mechanism that assures that Freedom and that Opportunity is being mismanaged; instead of leaders for all 300 million of us, we now have misleaders that pander to self interests. They are diminishing our Freedom and Opportunity and attracting freeloaders instead of Freedom seekers.

Our greatest days of Freedom and Opportunity are ahead of us, but we ordinary People must act in unity to succeed, just like the Founders did.
